Thrifty Traveler Premium Price Increasing: Lock In Lower Rate for Life + $20 Off

Thrifty Traveler is increasing its premium prices on March 14, but you can still lock in the current rate for life if you sign up now.

I’ve previously discussed some of my favorite tools to hunt for both airline and hotel cash and points deals, and Thrifty Traveler Premium is one of them.

A membership sends instant emails of both cash and award deals to your inbox, which is of vital importance for deals that get taken very quickly (especially award deals that get taken in a matter of hours).

Thrifty Traveler is increasing its premium prices on March 14. But you can still lock in the current rate for life if you sign up now.

The new prices will be the following:

  • Thirfty Traveler Premium: $129.99 a year (was $99.99 a year)
  • Thrifty Traveler Premium+: $189.99 a year (was $149.99 a year)

Additionally, you can get $20 off your first purchase if you use our referral link (sponsored) or promo code “ALTITUDE” at checkout.

As long as you book by March 13, you’ll be able to lock in the lower rate and avoid paying more later.

I find Thrifty Traveler Premium to be a fantastic all-in-one system, with deals for cash rates and awards on airlines, in addition to deals on hotels.

For example, I’ll sometimes receive alerts of an award ticket on Japan Airlines’ new A350-1000, whose mileage program is a transfer partner of Bilt, Capital One, and Rove. As a frequent traveler to Japan, finding these deals is important to keep up with my life on the other side of the Pacific, and Thrifty Traveler essentially does all the work for me.

Another alert I received recently in my inbox was a business class award fare from New York to Auckland, New Zealand, on Qantas. Qantas is very stingy when it comes to opening up award space for passengers booking through partner programs, so this was a good, rare find for someone who’s an American Airlines frequent flyer.

While I didn’t book this specific flight, 80k AAdvantage miles from New York to Auckland is a solid deal:

Again, you can lock in the current rate for life as long as you register by March 13 (while getting $20 off your first purchase). The new prices will take effect on the 14th.
