Cash rates are on the lower side when paying in US dollars. I checked a broad range of dates, and essentially all of them had rates starting at $143. A stay that’s two nights from now had that price, and stays that were 3 months from now also had that price. For now, prices seem to be quite set.
(For referance, the Park Hyatt Shanghai typically goes for about $250-$300 a night)
